Day #4 .. Organic penne pasta with homemade pesto. I was hungry so I made my signature grilled chicken..hehe.. Was eating tortilla with hummus for brunch at the office.

Chicken and Avocado sandwich
Happy Monday ! Day #3. My last piece of chicken and avocado sandwich for breakfast and lunch at work.
Roasted Chicken Sandwich
For Sunday brunch. Day #2 on my diet programme. It's just some whole wheat sandwich bread, cream cheese which mixes with some herbs, spices and olive oil, fresh slices of roasted chicken breast (balsamic and herbs... yummy) and top with rocket leaves. I called it mini roasted chicken sandwiches. I made it like that (mini) so i feel like I eat a lot .. hehe..
p.s : current weight , 56 kg.
